Glazer provides an interactive, learning laboratory with professional curated programs and people in a safe, warm, and nurturing space. Glazer Children’s Museum gives your child accessible, personalized opportunities to imagine and explore their potential as they grow up.
Other features that are offered from Glazer Children’s museum include, Developmental checkups and Positive Parenting Program. Both these programs seek to ensure that your child is happy, healthy, and safe. The Developmental Checkups are designed for children 36 months and younger. Parents get to meet with health care professionals one-on-one as they review and discuss your child’s development. All checkups are included with the general admission price or Museum membership.
The Positive Parenting program otherwise known as the Triple P, partners with Champions for Children. It is a nine-week parent workshop series on Inspiring Cooperation. Parents of children ages 0-12 are invited to meet a clinician to learn how to encourage positive behavior at home and become confident in their parenting style. All sessions are included with general admission or Museum membership.
The school systems in the area includes four pre-k and learning centers, three elementary schools, one middle, one high school, and one private academy. The pre-k and learning centers include the, Achievement Center, Sunshine Children Learning Center, Top Kids Bilingual Preschool, and Circle C Ranch Academy. The Elementary schools in the area include, Lanier, Westshore, and Al Chiaramonte. The only high school located in the area is the Robinson High school.
